"The best thing about this hotel was the location just a stone's throw away from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof, which made travel to and from and within Berlin relatively simple (hint: make sure you get separate online maps of the U-Bahn and S-Bahn systems before going to Berlin). Also, in the Hbf, there is a VERY convenient and reasonably priced "BIO" supermarket. The hotel staff were nice enough but not particularly knowledgeable about Berlin. My wife and I particularly objected to the check-in procedure, which required our jet-lagged selves to fill out a bunch of information online which should have already been in their system. Also, the staff failed on two days to refill our Nespresso pods, a minor irritant, but for the money we were paying, not acceptable. And for that money there should have been 4 pods for two people, not 2. Fortunately, there was an on-street coffee kiosk 50 meters from the hotel. We would stay here again, all things considered . The housekeeping and HVAC systems were very good. And again, the location is unbeatable."

"Close to public transportation, Museum Island, Berlin Cathedral, Berlin TV Tower, World Time Clock, boat cruise, restaurants. I was confused about thw email I received about upgrades. The rooms were great except for Aircon. It mostly blew hot air. The staff were great."
