"Getting to the hotel is a bit challenging because you’re told you’re not allowed to drive on Via Vittorio Emanuele. The hotel can do a better job of letting guests know that a driver can carefully drive on the Via carefully and slowly and if stopped by police to show the hotel confirmation email and you won’t be ticketed. The hotel is a beautiful old palace that needs to be updated, but the staff is lovely. We are extremely grateful for Giovanni’s help when we were lost trying to get to the hotel. Thank you"

"Very nice place to stay, nice view over the city and the sea. A little far from the city if you don't have a car but they offer shuttle. Nice pool and SPA, The restaurannt food is very good and not too expensive. The breakfast is good and diversify."
