"We were very happy with the renovated room. Everything was in great condition and there was an ELEVATOR... not always easy to find. The location was great for walking to the landmark Parque Eduardo VII, and even closer to the bullring, where I saw the green parrots. It's a quick taxi ride to the airport, and since we had to leave at 3am, having an all night desk clerk was fantastic. "

"We stayed here before our flight back home and were extremely happy with both the staff and the hotel. The room was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a later flight and the staff were kind enough to let us use the facilities for a few hours before our departure. The terrace is beautiful and the pool was a highlight for sure. A bit farther from the city, but not far by car and if you enjoy walking, it is nice. Overall, really enjoyed our stay here and this hotel is very modern and nice!"

"Outdated room and hallways, it resembles a cruise line room and not a four star hotel. The reception staff was not welcoming. No greeting, Manuela just asked for our passports and city fees. The bed was comfortable but the room had a strong odor of carpet cleaner. Only two electrical outlets available and the list can go on. After the initial review for check-in by Expedia, we were offered an upgrade at 6:18pm the following day. When I asked why, Alex said in a harsh and loud tone in the lobby “didn’t you complain? That’s why.” Totally out of line and inappropriate behavior by the hotel staff. When leaving the last day as we were returning our key a young woman ask “was everything okay?” Obviously, they had no interest in the feedback given. The employees need to be trained in quality customer service if they want to keep customers coming back. Personally and based on my experience, we won’t be returning. "
