"great location, friendly staff. good but not great breakfast buffet The room cleaning service forgot to empty garbage and pajamas were still under sheets. The hotel is so large with multiple towers and elevator banks its easy to get lost"

"We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The level of customer service was among the best we have experienced. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for the entire week of our stay, which was a little disappointing, especially given the warm weather. However, this did not detract too much from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit to Tokyo so memorable."

"Beautiful luxury hotel, located within a resort complex that is very used to foreigners. Excellent level of service, the most helpful staff we had. Biggest downside of this property is the location, and access to public transportation and local stores. It took us at least 6-7 minutes to even reach the outside entrance from our room, and another 10-15 minute walk to the nearest stations or 7/11 (the on-site convenience store was closed during our visit). If you plan to take taxis often, this will be a great option, but not a great place for anyone trying to take transit or not spend $60-120CAD per meal."

"A beautiful and new hotel, the staff are super great. The amenities are pretty good and included bike parking. For a luxury hotel, the restaurant could be better and the pool had a lot of rules (e.g. you must wear a swim cap). Overall it felt a bit uptight and hard to fully relax, but that also could be a reflection of the clientele."

"This is an excellent hotel well positioned in walking distance to the Tokyo Tower and the Roppongi Subway. The only small drawback was that the rooftop pool was not available until summer (June 21st). However, the rooftop area was open for guests to sit and the pool was completely full. During our late May stay the temps hit 30C so a pool dip would have been nice."
