"Clean room and air conditioner"

"Breakfast was delicious but restaurant was not open any other time. Bar opened at 5 pm but not stocked very well."

"Certain night/evening staff were very slow and ignorant and unhelpful. Though everyone else was nice and helpful. Water pressure in the shower/bath was atrocious. Pool is tiny and gross-looking (too leery to actually go in). Exterior of building is rundown looking. But interior and room was clean and sufficient for the price. Breakfast offerings were decent."

"The property was nice and clean but once we got ready to check in, we had all kinds of discrepancies with getting our room because I paid over the phone but once I got there, they act like I didn’t pay -so they got that straight, we to our room and the floor was soaked and wet. Unfortunately we couldn’t get another room til next day -we kept asking for the manager but never got a chance to speak with her. This weekend we had a total of 8 rooms because we were intone for a wedding. Poor customer...

"One of our rooms was given to someone else before we arrived so we had to get a roll bed brought to our room instead of two queen beds as we paid for. I have not been compensated for this after complaining to management."

"It was a step up from another hotel I tried to stay at. It’s not perfect but it’s comfortable enough to sleep. Staff was amazing and nice oh and love the fact they have a many snack rack in lobby so when I had a sugar craving I went at midnight to get one."

"Nice area to walk from the hotel for food and shopping. Also walking distance to the canal."
