"We had a club level, swim up room which was really great! Best thing about the vacation! Unless, maybe the spa - they were amazing! A couple of concerns, we were there in off season, mid October, and the dock was closed for repairs, so to get to the island, we had to take a bus 15 minutes to another dock which was rather treacherous. The roads were full of holes and/or water, and there weren't any steps to get into or out of the ferry - not good for those with limited mobility. The other issue was the restaurants not being open during the hours posted with no communication about the change. Three times, at 3 different restaurants we ran into trouble when we'd arrive for a meal, during hours that were advertised as Open, only to find the restaurant not open. Overall, it was a great vacation, but even during the off-season, I expected a little more for the price."
