Two story renovated townhouse in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. The Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking major meals and there are two outdoor porches for grilling. The porch over looks a landscaped yard with plenty of parking space. This townhouse is two minutes from I-65 interstate (Rosa Parks exit to property). The townhouse is equipped with an ironing board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (detergent included), as well as Linens, soap, silverware, first aid kits, and a highchair for the little ones. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with wi-fi and a leather recliner furniture..This property is monitored by ADT Security Systems and permit certified for renting to guests, given by Metro Nashville Government Agency (MNGA).
