The Space:
The Rooftop Record is a four-level Nashville house with a rooftop deck that makes it easy for a big family or two families traveling together to actually spend time outside together. Fire pit, BBQ grill, a dining table, and string lights turn the top floor into your own outdoor lounge for grilling dinner or just watching the sky change over the skyline.
Downstairs, the open kitchen, dining, and living room keep the group together rather than splitting off. The marble island seats four for morning coffee, and the sectional and armchairs give everyone room to land for a movie after a full day out.
Spend the afternoon on the rooftop grilling and lounging, watch the string lights come on as evening sets in, then bring everyone back down to the sectional for a wind-down movie night.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own character, from the king bedroom and the first-floor queen bedroom with statement art to the two bunk rooms with wall-mounted TVs, and one bunk room has a dresser and vanity mirror for getting ready before a night out.

This part of Nashville sits close to the city's ballfields and stadiums, with Sounds Stadium, First Horizon Park, and a run of practice fields and courts just a few minutes away by car, easy for families with kids in youth sports or fans catching a game. It's also near some well-loved barbecue and Southern cooking at Jack's Bar-B-Que and Monell's, plus a slower meal at Germantown Café. Germantown itself hosts the neighborhood's Oktoberfest each fall with beer gardens and live music, a fun add-on for a family weekend trip
