Nice back yard. couple minutes from MTSU, And downtown, it is easy go around all the city of Murfreesboro.share kitchen and laundry room. You have your own door enter your part the house and you can lock your part of the house. You can use the kitchen and laundry rooms.

Spacious Older Home Near MTSU

Our family of 5 adults and 4 toddlers attended a weekend reunion and needed a place to stay near MTSU. The home had plenty of room for the children to play and 3 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The toddlers slept in pack and plays that we took with us. The home doesn't have a lot of clutter and knick knacks which was one of the reasons we stayed there because clutter and knick knacks and active toddlers don's mix well. The home is an older brick ranch, it's not fancy or modern, but it suited our family's needs very well. If you don't need fancy/modern - it will work great for a comfortable, roomy place to stay near MTSU. It had three comfy couches and a nice large screen TV with plenty of channel options. The kitchen has plenty of dishes but we couldn't find a few things we could have used such as measuring cups, measuring spoons, baking sheet, kettle and there were no knives, except for sharp knives for cutting/chopping. The home is in an Asian style, including the bathroom, which we enjoyed because we used to live in Southeast Asia. Check-in was easy and Jenny the owner allowed us to check-in early which was a huge help to us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we need a place in Murfreesboro.
