The inside parking, although a bit cramped, is monitored and recorded and makes me feel comfortable in the area. The staff is too busy, and guests are often unable to check in at the posted time. They are friendly and caring, just over worked. They have made some cosmetic improvements."

"Malheureusement, les chambres manquent d’amour. Ça vient sûrement avec le prix… J’avais réservé une chambre non-fumeur, mais en entrant dans la première, une forte odeur de cigarette était présente. Il y avait aussi un bouchon de bière oublié et la porte de la salle de bain était à moitié arrachée. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui a été accepté. Par contre, la nouvelle chambre sentait aussi la cigarette, un peu moins, mais quand même. En même temps, certains voyageurs fument sur les balcons près des fenêtres, ce qui n’aide pas. Les lits, par contre, étaient confortables."
