Llys-y-Fran can be reached in 8 miles and is popular year-round with those who like hiking, cycling, and other outdoor pursuits. The Preseli Hills can be reached under 10 miles – a must in Pembrokeshire if you love the outdoors. Folly Farm can be reached in under 8 miles if you want a fun day out with the family or if a day by the seaside is more your thing, head 9 miles to Amroth with its large stretch of sand and pebble beach.

Enter the property into the cosy, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a traditional slate floor throughout. The lounge benefits from a wood burner, perfect for the cooler evenings, and a smart TV to watch all your favourite films and TV programmes. The kitchen has been equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher, plus all the basic necessities needed to create a meal after a long day exploring the county, or a hearty breakfast to start your day off right. There is a dining table for four to enjoy a meal together or a night in playing board games. Upstairs on to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and is a comfortable, light and airy space. The second bedroom has twin beds, ideal for children or adults who prefer not to share. Completing the first floor is a contemporary shower room with a freestanding shower, sink and WC.

To the rear of the property, there is an enclosed, gravelled, courtyard garden with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating provided. It's an excellent space to enjoy a meal al fresco with your friends or family and make the most of the warmer evenings. There is off-road parking available for two cars on the farmyard.
