We had a problem with our first room we checked into. They moved us to another room for the night and then moved us to a new room the next morning. They were very accommodating. Noisy hotel
I was on the fifth floor underneath an event area. I was awoken at 230am by one of the hotel staff singing karaoke! Breakfast buffet had cold fried eggs. Staff were friendly though.
