"Clean and cosy. Great location"

"The AC unit sounded like screaming banshee that had a baseball card stuffed into its bike spokes. Couldn’t sleep. So then we had to turn it off and it was so hot, we couldn’t sleep. The washroom fan had the same issue metal on metal screeching The pendent light over the table was also dangling from the ceiling with no insulation and electrical tape holding a splice together. Total electrical hazard. No way to lock the door with a keyless lock from the inside. No chain. Or flip latch....

"The staff were very helpful and the owner was always available if needed. The rooms were large and clean."

"What a pleasant surprise. We booked a stay here as it was a good location and price for what we required, and was dog-friendly. The bonuses were the complimentary wine-tasting and breakfast, neither of which we were expecting. Staff are all lovely and kind and the morning view from bed looking out at the like was divine."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, it’s in a good location. My only complaint would be that both pools did not have steps to get in, there is a ladder that if you don’t have the arm strength to pull yourself out then you shouldn’t get in, but having said that I would still stay here again."

"This is just a great motel. Clean large rooms. Staff was excellent, Even when I locked my Phone In the room very early the day I was leaving , they got up to help me. The price and the location cannot be beat. Large fridge, big microwave,, good AC. This will be my first call every time I go to Penticton."
