"The shower was the most pressure plus most mist function we’ve ever experienced. So much so that we purchased the same shower head a Bic Camera to bring back to Canada in hopes it works the same. The room was spacious and the best a nice size, lobby always smelled amazing on first floor. Great location."

"Extremely convenient with JR Namba station just a short 5min walk though mostly covered areas. Dotonbori is also only 15mins walk away through the underpasses with lots of restaurants, cafes and a large supermarket accessible without even needing to be at street level. Room was clean and comfortable and I appreciate that the toilet bowl is angled slightly away from the wall to provide more legroom during usage. Non air-conditioned can get very windy and cold but it’s a good way to reduce energy consumption. Daily parking with a flat rate of ¥2000 per day and allowing unlimited entry and exit is convenient, but there can be long queues during peak hours."

"Useful free bus shuttle to station. Staff very courteous. Handy for station but perhaps a little too far from downtown Kyoto. Didn’t use pool as there was a substantial charge per person per session. Would have expected guest use for free. "
