"Perfect location right between Namba station and Dotonburi. Easy access to food area. The street area is busy. Typical Toyoko Inn breakfast. This place has self service luggage store services so that is convenient. Would stay again."

"Very spacious and clean room. Felt very comfortable and loved the water view. The shuttles were very convenient. Used the one from the airport which made getting to the hotel a breeze. Also used the shuttle to and from universal. Used the indoor pool and hot tub which you need a reservation for. Hot tub could have been hotter but was a nice option to have. Staff were accommodating. My sister called the morning before check In to get our rooms close and they put us right beside each other. Not a ton close by, and the shower had a broken tile. But would highly recommend staying here."

"Had a very good experience and want to shout out the staff for their exceptional service and care. We had a medical emergency and they coordinated everything and acted promptly to make an already stressful situation seamless. They followed up and the first thing they asked was how we were and if we needed anything when we returned from the hospital. I was very impressed with how they helped us in our time of need. As per the hotel facilities, it is located just outside Kyoto station which is convenient. It is also right beside 2 large shopping malls so extra convenient. Our room was a tiny bit small but we did manage. If there is one thing I would suggest is the carpet in the south building be replaced or cleaned as it had a slight odour. Overall a very good experience, would recommend."

"My double bed room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel breakfast buffet! I’d highly recommend it because there are few food options around other than convenience stores open before 10 or 11am. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and pop in the lobby and we appreciated the filtered water refill stations on each floor. Washer and dryer machines were small and mediocre but expected compared to home appliances. Walking distance to public transportation. Overall very satisfied and would definitely stay here again."
