Great remote location. Instructions clear. Home was clean. It should be noted there are no climbing signs posted on the rocks/mountain surrounding the house. There are other nearby hiking opportunities. Also bring soap/shampoo for showering. Overall definitely enjoyed our stay.

It is sad to see the town fluctuate so much but that is the way of life especially in today's day and age with all the politics, environmentalist, government and well it is the oil field.
