The staff and hotel were excellent. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, bar was very good with a good selection of beers. Rooftop area was also nice with a good view over the city
My wife and I planned to spend the night here before boarding a morning flight because It was close to the Garibaldi statue and thus convenient to the train station and buses, served a relatively early breakfast, and was reasonably priced. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Within a few minutes of arrival, the hotel solved two issues that we thought could be major hassles: parking our luggage for the afternoon (we arrived early) and getting ourselves to the airport. Julia, who greeted us at the desk on an upper floor, said our room was ready, and there was no problem with checking right in and occupying the room. When we explained to Julia that we were catching a 10:00 AM flight, she mentioned that they had an arrangement with a nearby cab company and we could be picked up at the hotel and driven to the airport for a reasonable set fare after enjoying breakfast. We would have plenty of time. In the evening we had a quiet dinner in their on premises restaurant, and enjoyed the hot tub on the roof top, where we could also have a drink or eat. There were also lounging beds for use, although we didn't use them. The included breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of selections. The staff was uniformly polite and helpful, and focused on making our stay as pleasant and hassle free as they could. It all worked out perfectly. Room was not large but clean & comfy. The B&B entrance off the street is not impressive, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.
When me and my friend stayed here we had the absolute best service and best accommodation, enjoyed every moment. Staff ensured we stayed safe in Naples as well which me and my friend especially appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in naples.
Not much to look at from the outside but once you’re inside it’s great! Rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and we ate it on their beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the city. Bar prices are very reasonable and it’s a short walk to the central train station. Staff were friendly and super helpful.
Staff were all exceptionally helpful, i dealt with at least 5 different members of staff from reception to the bar and rooftop staff, all were excellent, the rooftop bar area was very nice, price of room was very reasonable, would highly recommend
We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were very friendly and the place was funky and clean. Comfy beds, the breakfast was amazing. We loved the hot tub but it wasnt very warm which was the only disappointment of the stay. Great views and location.
A great place to stay within the city. Lots of food options, easy access to subway or taxi being near Garibaldi station. The interior is very updated. The rooms were nice. Amazing views from rooftop. Delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!
The property and the staff are great. The breakfast selection is excellent. The surrounding area is not very pleasant but no fault to the hotel.
The only thing needed is a shower door or curtain in the bathroom.
The staff is amazing, so helpful. Easily located to everywhere. Rooms have character. Highly recommended

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
My friend and I booked this Hotel as it’s located in a central area of Naples and easy to reach from/to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of things to improve though; the drainage in the shower was blocked so we could only take very short showers without flooding the whole toilet. This was flagged with the hotel staff and they ensured this was going to be looked at but it seemed they didn’t as it wasn’t fixed. Also, the pillows are quite big so it was very uncomfortable to fall asleep and there were no other size/type of pillows in the room. The terrace with the jacuzzi was a nice addition to our stay, but unfortunately the other negative aspects made the whole experience not completely enjoyable. I would recommend to stay in here if you’re desperate for a central accommodation, but taking in consideration these points; it is not the safest/cleanest neighbourhood in Naples and the hotel lacks of modern facilities.
The location was great. Staff was excellent. Plenty of dining opportunities. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner never worked. Past reviews indicated the same.
The location was perfect. The hotel was located on the 6th floor, accessed by a lift. Room was comfortable but toiletries were scarce and there was no teabags/coffee despite there being a kettle and cups. Breakfast was plenty and had a great variety.
Great weekend away, basic b&b close to train station. It is Naples so dont expect everything's in top top shape. Staff are great and very helpful, nice breakfast and a reasonable price. I would go back again. Cheers Mike
The people make this property (and the views). There are plenty of gluten free options at breakfast and the restaurant is a very nice place to have dinner. The location is perfect, if you want to settle down with your feet up and enjoy the breeze, far away from the town. The town is a 400 staircase, a long walk along a narrow roadway or a very expensive cab ride away.
