The home was immaculate and had everything you needed including bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs. The property manager was responsive and even left some refreshments in the fridge. What a wonderful property! Very convenient to everything, and the house was immaculate. Grocery stores and wonderful restaurants were minutes away. Multiple beach options are close by, and we loved the pool and hot tub. Thomas thought of every little detail that a guest might need. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming home! Thomas was an exceptional host—highly responsive and attentive. We stayed at the 101 during a weekend with our family and we had a great time. The house has great amenities, it is spacious, super clean and well located.

The place to stay in Naples
This was our 1st time in Naples and this house was perfect!
You can bike to Vanderbilt Beach. Plenty of shopping and Restaurants nearby as well. The home was great Clean & comfortable. The pool and spa were perfect as well! We will definitely be back.

The pool and spa were incredible! Great place to relax after time out at the nearby beaches (15 min or less) or outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking, boating). The common areas were actually bigger than expected and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the bikes available for use too. The location was very convenient and the area was quiet and peaceful.

We had all of the important information well ahead of time and he was super quick responding to any questions. As an added treat he provided us with some complimentary beverages! We would definitely rent here again.
