"I don’t write many reviews but I feel I have to for our magnificent stay at Smart Hotel. Rooms are extremely clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, location is great.. there was not one wrinkle in our stay. They even held our luggage for free for a week while we travelled to Ischia and back. Can’t wait to stay again"

"Naples as a city overall is chaotic, but the hotel was beautiful. The room was good sized with great bathroom. Breakfast was good, although my kids did not like the taste of bacon. It had the balcony and view of the port and view of the city."

"Everything was great from the start, with Giuseppe at the front desk, making our stay special. O ly thing disappointing (with all hotels, not just here) is the continuing charge for a bottle of waterthaycost pennies. Other all great, including a fantastic breakfast."

"This is a very charming building. The ac worked great. Spacious room. Bed was very firm. Was happy with the bathroom, although some hooks would be nice. Location is excellent can easily walk to restaurants, bars or sites. Breakfast was very nice & a good selection to start your day."

"El hotel está bien ubicado frente al Puerto y cerca del centro. El desayuno es excelente tipo buffet y completo ( aunque está ubicado entre los corredores del piso 3 ). Es un hotel renovado, con una bonita recepción. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque los baños son un poco incómodos y antiguos."

"The room I had was very good although the way to it (V10) was a bit uneven that I fell one time. It was the first time I had a bathroom with a bidet. I could have used some milk or powdered milk for my coffee/tea. Unfortunately the location was in the middle of an industrial estate so I had to use an taxi/Uber to get into town (it was very hot)."

"Hotel Vesuvio doesn’t try to impress you, it simply is impressive, the way history is. From the lobby to the old brass fixtures, everything here feels built with intention, by people who understood that real luxury doesn’t need to shout. The service: attentive without being intrusive, warm without being performative. If you want to feel transported to what hotels used to be, full of character, timeless elegance, history, and soul, this is it. It’s a shame that so many guests breeze past this kind of old-world charm, chasing the next trendy, Instagram-ready moment instead."
