You are steps to the sandy beaches and the boardwalk. Centrally located and between Pelican Bay and Park Shore in a guard gated community. Close to Venetian Village, Waterside Shops, Mercato and Fifth Avenue! This rental is offered monthly and weekly! Sleeps 6. There is an HOA Application that must be filled out by the tenant.

Beautiful condo, horrible communication

We could not have asked for a more beautiful property to spend our Christmas, family vacation. The unit, view, neighborhood were all amazing!The property manager was the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of renting VRBOs. Zero communication after I booked. I had to email to get the paperwork. I had to email to get the check-in code. I received zero communication about the check-out process.Additionally the listing lacks accurate information. We had 5 in our party. Linens for the pull-out bed were not provided. We had to take from the other beds in the unit for bedding. Beach towels were not provided. Dish soap, Shampoo/Conditioner, body wash, paper towel were also not provided. I messaged the manager while on our trip with a question and received zero response.For the expense we paid for this trip, I was extremely let down with the property manager. Should you choose to stay here, I would limit your expectations on this end.
