New gas grill for those barbecues. Washing and drying isn't a chore in the separate laundry room. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, private suite bathroom, waterfall shower, detailed imported tile and Jacuzzi bath tub. Two walk-in his and her closets and 50" flat screen TV. A lovely and bright second bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with queen bed. In the third bedroom, a full size bed and kids will love the twin bed pull-out trundle. The second full bath is conveniently located by the guest bedrooms and features a waterfall shower. A full selection of beach towels are stocked in the closets. A selection of umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, free bicycles and accessories is available in the two car garage for all guests to use.

Historic downtown Old Naples, botanical garden, zoo as well as an abundance of fine restaurants are also close by. Visit Marco Island and take a ferry to Key West. A quick ride to Fort Myers and you can catch spring training baseball.

Pool heating is an optional add on. Pool and Hot Tub heating is an additional $150/ per week. (Or min three days if applicable). Pool heat must be ordered at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Pool heaters only heat when the exterior temperature is above sixty degrees. As a courtesy we attempt to pre-heat the pool to 82 degrees before arrival. Please Note: If the pool heat has not been utilized, it may not be up to full temperature at time of check-in and may need several hours to heat. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
