The Home:
This single-story home has an open floor plan with two separate seating areas: a living room just off the front door and a family room with a large TV and a decorative fireplace. The modern kitchen has new appliances and counter seating for 4, with a view out to the lanai from the sink. The dining table seats 8.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV, a desk and an en suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. The second full bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and opens to the lanai. A sleeper sofa adds room for 2 more guests.

Outdoor Living:
The covered, screened lanai opens from the family room and the second bathroom, with a rectangular table for 6 and a square table for 4. Beyond it is a large backyard, and a gas grill is ready for cookouts. The yard is not fully fenced.

Beach: 6 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and a beach cart.
Bikes: 4 adult bikes and a tire pump.

Pipers Crossing Plaza, near the neighborhood entrance, has casual restaurants, and a small playground with a walking path is just down the street.
