"Check-in and check-out are seamless. Stayed at the newer tower and room is spacious and clean. On checkout, we receive nanjing exclusive magnet as a gift from front desk which is very thoughtful of them. Stayed at the hotel during birthday week and they send birthday cakes to the room even though we did not specifically mentioned our birthdays. Very nice of them to do so. Will definitely go back to stay again next time. Location is perfect"
