"We sat down in the common area with snacks & our drinks. The staff had the fireplace lit. The rooms were wonderful. We had lunch in the area on the day of check in, we didn’t want to leave our bags in the car. Thank goodness we were able to get early check in. Love this place"

"Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great."

"Great stay. Very clean and a good view of the lake. Very convenient location with restaurants and a Woolies metro located nearby. The only downside to our experience was the checkout experience was thane front staff kept asking if we ate breakfast when we did not. She asked 4-5 times and I was getting quite annoyed as she could have called the breakfast staff to check since she didn’t trust my response to her question.
