Spacious living room (with kitchenette) and bedroom with sizeable attractive ensuite with bath as well as walk in shower. Breakfast in hotel restaurant very impressive for range of items and choice of Western as well as Eastern cuisine... the hotel manager and his wife were there every day, spoke excellent English and were very welcoming so it was a real...

"What an excellent stay! The staff were super helpful and kind. We were provided with recommended local attractions to visit and local restaurants to try in Suzhou. The free laundry facilities were also extremely handy given we were travelling light. The rooms were good sized and very clean. Another particularly helpful feature in the room was that the windows were fitted with mosquito netting that kept the bugs away while we enjoy some of the autumnal breeze in the evenings. "This is one of the most spectacularly designed hotels I have ever experienced. And I've been around. It feels like a garden oasis and museum just as much as a hotel. No cost to create a mesmerizing interior was spared. A far cry from the typical 5 star tower with predictable, boring environment. Breakfast was adequate but a little lame considering that everything else is just amazing here."
