"This place would of been great 20 years ago but is very tide now… Our bathroom roof looks like it could have mould and the walls are paper thin… good location and friendly staff"

"Unfortunately, the weather was horrible during my stay so I could not enjoy a wine on the superb verandah with a view to die for. The house has been superbly planned to make my stay comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied and the air conditioner warmed up the lounge on a few bitterly cold nights."

"Thanks to all involved. This was super easy, room was spotless, easy parking, I wasn’t in my lowered car, so the steep driveway wasn’t an issue, but just an fyi for those with low cars, ‘tis a tad steep. Manageable, but steep. Staff were awesome! 11/10, will stay again. Gav"

"Thankyou the tiny house was lovely."

"Cleverly designed and beautifully maintained little cottages. Comfy and warm bed. Very very tight spaces- caravan size no comfy chair could fit.No WI FI meant the only form of entertainment at night was reading. Unfortunately no bed lights and dim lighting in the cabin made that impossible. Difficult access off 3.5k of potholed dirt road"

"Great stay"

"Perfect weekend getaway. Beautiful room with a nice bathroom & kitchenette. Quiet & peaceful, woken up by a chorus of birds, and kangaroos outside my window."

"We liked the place. Yes it was small but there was enough space for a couple. It had a lovely view across open grass and farmland."

"Our apartment was large, the furniture is new, the bathroom looked brand new. Everything was comfortable & functional. We appreciated the coffee pod machine & undercover parking. The garden/pool view from our living room & balcony was lovely & we were just a short walk from the beach. We could hear the waves breaking. Great value."

"Loved the location, had no connection with management while staying or after our stay. It all worked well, and it was great with all its facilities. The only downside was the torrential rain and the spouting that hadn’t been cleared, so loading the car was like walking through a waterfall."

"The place was great and exactly what we were looking for. Our host, Lin, was absolutely fantastic—very responsive and communicated perfectly throughout our trip. One of the highlights was the amazing night view; we got to see a crystal-clear sky and a beautiful moon."

"Very happy. Would stay again."

"Staff friendly and helpful. Property is very dated."

"The bedsit was very tidy and equipped with all the basic accessories you might need. However, there is no kitchenette sink, which means dishes and glasses must be washed in the same room as the toilet. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing nor visible in the photos. As a result I chose not to use the provided crockery or utensils. The location of the bedsit is excellent. The garden is lovely and the hosts’ dogs are very sweet. The driveway is steeper than expected, even after reading previous...

"Great location, walking distance to the beach and the pub, main town in coffs, not far and woolgoolga has some good little options."
