"Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again."

The layout is quite inconvenient, given the fact that the bathroom is pretty far from the bedroom (no access to the bathroom directly from the bedroom). The staff was professional and courteous, although at times they were very busy handling multiple guests and residents (this building is shared by hotel guests and the senior residents). ...

"Location was very convenient. We took the airport bus here. The sodaemun station was right in front and several bus stops within the block. Staff was friendly and helpful, they spoke English. Room was comfortable, wish they had better pillows but I usually never love hotel pillows. Breakfeast buffet was good."

"My first time solo travelling to Seoul and I can’t begin to express how my stay was absolutely perfect! I’m so pleased with my decision, not only was the location amazing but the hotel itself was so highly maintained. The room was cleaned daily with amenities restocked and things organized. The hotel itself was very secure so travelling alone my safety never felt at risk. The location itself is a perfect balance of everything without being too crowded or noisy at night. The room was very large,...
