"Was in a great location. But that's about all it had going for it. The place is dark and dingey. Reception guy is nice. Our room was small and was really unventilated bedding felt wet. Bathroom had hair on the wall and in the bath when we arrived. No shower Curtin and the seal around the bath needed replacing hard to shower too because it's in the bath and the shower head is small. The bed was rock hard and the walls are paper thin I didn't sleep because all I heard all night was thumping and...

"Beautiful view and smack middle of a lot of stores and transit is less than a 3-5 minute walk. I loved how clean it was and the view was amazing. I gave it 4 stars for amenities because you can’t use the in room washer but you can ask the front desk instead and they’d guide you. I personally would have paid more if I could use the washer :)"

"We stayed in the Family Room with Kids Room (Room 515) at Crown Harbor Hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet our expectations. The interior was poorly maintained, with wallpaper that was not properly installed and visible holes in the ceiling corners. In addition, the body wash provided for guests was almost empty and had not been refilled before our arrival. These issues affected the overall quality of our stay and should be addressed to improve the guest experience."
