"We were on the first floor, which was practically a basement since the building is on a slope. The front went in on level ground, but from the back, you had to enter down about 5 very steep stairs. The room smelled musty and moldy, which is pretty gross. There was a thick layer of dust on picture frames that were hanging in the rooms. The floor futons were not padded at all. The one bed was shockingly firmer than sleeping on the floor."
