"The hotel is beautiful surrounded with mountains view and foods are delicious. I highly recommend if you wamt to go downtown they have shuttle to take you there although they have scheduled so you better booked. Just heads up the item on the fridge in your room are not free, if you want to go around better to book a car at g8 open tour for 1 million will take you to tourist spot for whole day with your choice of attraction. I will come back here again fansipan is the best which located near the hotel."

"Internet was good. Staff had a problem finding our reservation (through Expedia) but we eventually solved it. View is good from room. Quiet area. The included breakfast buffet is awful. Sits out from start to end with no heat, flies landing on food. You can order pho or eggs fresh which is better. "

If you needed help with anything at all she was there to help from trip plans or just everyday questions. The restaurant staff was also amazing very attentive to your food questions and wants. Food was amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Sapa in Vietnam. We will be back for another visit and we will definitely staying here. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"
