"Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. "Lovely room, very attentive staff that helped us when we lost some luggage. Very out the way of the main town, around a 20 minute drive down poorly maintained roads/dirt track. Beautiful view and room. Unfortunately hot water didn’t work properly for bath, even after informing staff. Cute cats and dog"

"We had a lovely stay at Sapa Clay House. The staff is very attentive and they put a lot of love and care into the property. They helped arrange a couple of tours for us during our stay which were excellent. One of the tours was a trek at a tea farm a couple hours outside of Sapa and it was so beautiful.
