"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the team. A special thank you to: * Front Office Manager: Viviek Sharma * F&B Management: Harpreet and Saurav * Restaurant Team: Bhupinder, Gaurav, Jasmeet, Narayan, Paramjit, Priya, and Sheetal * Bar: Priya * Door/Security: Ajay, Harpreet, and Rajwant * Housekeeping: Parthiv Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. They were particularly warm, kind, and attentive towards our 9-year-old son, who was made to feel genuinely welcome and included throughout our stay. Their friendly interactions and thoughtful approach meant a great deal to our family and helped make our stay even more special. All of the amenities were great, from the pool to the restaurant and bar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit. The service was exceptional, the food was excellent, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff made all the difference. We look forward to returning in the future! "Very disappointing experience at The Grand Ambassador. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to guests respectfully, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I expected basic manners and hospitality, but this hotel completely failed. I would never visit this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. Worst behavior by hotel staff."
