"Pros: -excellent breakfast buffet with variety of hot items, pastries, cereal, hot beverages, yogurt, and fruit -staff were very accommodating and friendly -beautiful and expansive grounds -very clean -dinner at the restaurant was very tasty -large room with bedside lamps and outlets for charging Cons: -very close to the main road so front facing rooms were loud -every high bathroom window opened into the hallway and couldn’t be closed. -very little sound insulation so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs -area around the hotel was very bustling and not very cleanable "

"The hotel is located on the crater of Crater Lake. The view is breathtaking, there is hiking around with amazing views. The service is excellent, the food is good but the best is the view. I hope I will be back and spend several days there. "
