Lovely hotel, room is spacious & clean. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Feel very safe with the security at the hotel. Spa is amazing, pool area is wonderful and the pool is just the right temperature. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice including custom made eggs to order. Vast variety of juices and fruit. Coffee is exceptionally delicious. Food in the Arabic restaurant is also very tasty. Love this hotel, can’t say enough good things!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful and had such an easy, relaxing feel to it. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful — they paid attention to the little things, and it really showed. Breakfast was amazing, especially the buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short getaway. I honestly wish we had stayed longer. Irene at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, Frantz, Alvin, and Moses from guest support were consistently attentive, and Ruth at the Balcony Bar delivered excellent service. The strong leadership of GM Hakiki is clearly reflected in the team. Exceptional service throughout — I’ll definitely be back.
