Helloo!
These people are not serious... 1st of all I book for westlands and after confirmation they gave me Riverside. When I got to the address the security guys at the gate doesn't even know there is a Hotel nor a Guest house or any room for rent... While struggling with the issue I got attacked by night thiefs and my brand new phone were robbed and I lost all d contacts and all my work. I could not be able to do the reason of my trip to Nairobi.
In the same night I had to look for another Hotel and Paid Red Rubby via Expedia again as you can see.
I did that again on your website bcz I wanted to show you evidences.... Otherwise I'm done with your online stuffs. I'll be going live and pay what I'm sure about.
My last trip to Nairobi was a nightmare, I lost my phone my money and my brand new iPhone just because of you.
