"About 10-minute ride on a bus to Kitanomine zone, not crowded, with 340 yen for round trip ticket which is offered by the hotel for guests. About 10-minute walk from the hotel to market places & restaurants. It is a quiet town. "

"While the New Prince Hotel will provide you with quicker access to the best lifts at the resort, Naturwald is smaller, cozy, and has the absolute best dinner buffet. I really like the newer working and library spaces at the hotel, and it's convenient to have Rhythm and Lawsons so close."

"Great location close to the ski lift base and village centre. Very clean, well equipped, with a small but adequate lounge upstairs looking out onto the forest, with a small balcony. Staff were very responsive. A very pleasant stay!"

"The unit itself was gorgeous! Location was perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk to the main base. Nice coffee shop in the lobby offering grab and go as well. The disappointing aspect was the service. It felt like we were in an Airbnb with no service. Often times you’d pass the front desk and it’d be completely empty. Upon checking in we were not told about parking, resort area, direction, amenities etc. it felt very rushed and do it your own kind of service. They didn’t respond to emails I sent prior to the stay sling for dinner recommendations and room inquiry. The only way to connect with the staff is through WhatsApp. Not a fan of the service and feel like it shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel. "
