"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room itself was dirty from the moment we walked in, and we ended up dealing with an ant infestation the entire stay. On top of that, we found a roach in the room, which was the last straw. To make things worse, I have a food allergy to seeds, and the kitchen still served me food containing them. When I raised the issue, the hotel refused to refund me, so I had to go through my bank and file a dispute just to get my money...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, all the staff were very helpful. The room we booked ended up having an ocean view, even though we only booked a deluxe king which was an added bonus. The welcome drink was also very nice after a long flight. Be prepared to either wait for a buggy to pick you up or walk up a log of hills, as the whole hotel was up and down in the hills.
