The house was charming and beautiful. Great location next to any store you could possibly need to get to within a 2 minute drive. The house isn't far from the fishing pier, just a brisk walk which we loved. The reason I give 4 stars is for a few reasons. The bunk bed stairs leading to the top bunk broke the first time my son walked up them. The hooks that connect to the ladder and bed came off so very easily, both screws just slid right out. You could tell it had been broken before. Also, when he was getting onto the top bunk, he had to watch his head because the ceiling fan is very close to the top bunk and he found out very quickly to keep the fan turned off. I think the whole bed should be moved. Something that was an inconvenience is in the main bedroom which is in located as soon as you walk in the downstairs front door, had no closet. Well it did but it was locked and unusable. There was a toothbrush that didn't belong to any of us left inside the bathroom shower in that bathroom. The upstairs balcony chairs and table hadn't been wiped or tried to be cleaned in quite a while and we ended up making a trip to the Fast Pace clinic because my son got stung by a wasp from a wasps nest under one of the chairs. He had a severe reaction. When we got back, we had to carefully remove the wasp nest with about 15 of them on there. the inside of the home was clean, the beds were comfortable and with the bad weather we had what fun we could with board games and food!
