Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was filthy upon check-in; dirty floors, food crumbs from previous guests, and smelly bedsheets with hair on them. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. The bathroom also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we complained, the housekeeping supervisor argued instead of addressing the issue. The alternative room smelled even worse, so we requested that our original room be cleaned again. Even after cleaning, the floors were dusty and the sheets still had hair, so we insisted they change them in front of us. The most disgusting part? The housekeeping supervisor kept spitting inside the room while changing the sheets, apparently while chewing tobacco! The irony of complaining about cleanliness while the person responsible for it was spitting right in front of us was unbelievable. Absolutely unacceptable hygiene standards and unprofessional service. Would not recommend this hotel.
