"場所の説明は、事前にメールがありましたので、スムーズに到着出来ました。ドアを開け、まず最初にカビ臭いのが感じられました。窓を全室開け空気の入れ替えをし、和室の押入れが特にカビ臭がありました。あちこちに消臭剤が置いてありましたが・・効果は無く、洗面所と浴室・流し台の排水溝の下水からの悪臭が酷くて、お風呂は利用する気にもならず、2日共日帰り温泉に行きました。洗濯機もありますが、蛇口から洗濯槽まで届かず洗濯槽の中も茶色の汚れがこびり付いていてコインランドリーに行きました。帰宅してからも持ち込んだ物は全てカビ臭が移っていました。室温20℃と快適でしたが、ニオイに関しては残念でした。改善される事を希望します。"

"軽井沢駅から車でたっぷり３０分強の別荘地。建物は新しくとても綺麗に整備されています。今回は雨でＢＢＱができませんでしたが広めのデッキにＢＢＱコンロなど整っています。キッチンはＩＨ、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、エアコン、洗濯機全て揃っています。薪暖炉を使えば寒い日でも暖かく過ごせます。２階寝室のドアの立て付けが悪く湿気を帯びると木が膨張して閉まりませんσ(^_^;)それと、ハンガー掛けがなく脱いだ上着など保管する設備が必要かと思います。"

"Love the location and the hotel is very well maintained. The most excellent part of this place is their staff - every single one of them who my family and I interacted was professional and kind. I wished they had a mini mart or something on site tho. Also having a few more restaurants on site would be nice since it’s a very remote location. I’d go back again."

"We enjoyed this hotel during a brief getaway during the summer to escape the Tokyo heat. The hotel is located in a very nice location in old Karuizawa (Kyo-Karuizawa), close to many nice restaurants and little shops, while also being very quite. Rooms are very large and modern, the hotel has its own hot spring (onsen), and high speed internet is free. Very friendly staff and a large and tasty breakfast buffer. We definitely plan to visit again."
