"Great Bargain"

"I had a bit of an issue with check in- my phone won't work when I'm abroad but I was assured before I left that the digital key works with the wifi. It did not. However, the online customer service was quick to respond and offered a solution in the form of a physical key which I was able to access in one of the communal areas, so I was in within 10 minutes. No issues after that. The room was great, bright and airy with huge windows. Clean as could be. The bathroom was really nice, with stone...

"Small issue with the bathroom but that was resolved quickly due to very responsive comms from the host. Apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. Location was good, things were tidy. Small criticism around the shower and how it leaks over the whole bathroom, making the entire floor *incredibly* slippy for a long period after, but other than that, really no complaints whatsoever"

"Would recommend! It's about 5 min walk to the M2 metro line, a small convenience store 1 min walk away. Located in a very quiet neighborhood as well. Easy check-in check-out process, decent size room with everything you need, even has laundry on-site. Only small thing is the bathroom has no ventilation, so we had to keep the bathroom door slightly open and keep the room window open as well when showering, I imagine this is not an issue in the summer but during winter it might become a problem....

"Great central location. Train and bus are right across the street. Many tourist areas are within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Some noise from the train/bus area nearby, so maybe request a courtyard room if you are a light sleeper."

"La comunicación con la propiedad es horrible. La ducha no funcionaba y tardaron 12 horas en responder sin ninguna solución."

"Excellent location where you can find many restaurants around and close to many sightseeing spots. It only takes around 15 mins to reach the metro station to go to the airport. We booked the apartment type and didn’t know no housekeeping unless you stay more than 4 nights. The room is spacious, however, as the bathroom is wet room type, the bathroom is wet everywhere after shower. The evening complimentary drink is a nice gesture."

"Great location and very close to the Metro Station and the M2 Metro train from the Airport."

"Nette en hip ingerichte accommodatie, met goede koffie! Wel kwartiertje lopen van dichtstbijzijnde metrostation. Tip: deelfietsen van Donkey Republic staan vlakbij het hotel"

"No points for reward programs if booked through Expedia."

"Clean comfortable room. Good amenities. Great communication from Numa including easy check-in. Good location. Ok value for money. Room size just acceptable for a single traveller; impossible for a couple."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is perfectly located, we always felt we were around 10-20 minute walk from most of the places we wanted to see. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I also loved the bar downstairs, the cocktails are delicious and it's the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring. The staff are all incredibly efficient and kind and I would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Copenhagen. We already can't...

"The bathroom definitely needs a facelift, although the kitchen looks like newly remodeled. Check-in instruction was not precise as we weren’t told exactly the lockbox location in the building. The unit is in a public housing complex, with barebone furnishings even to Danish minimalism standards. We requested for a quiet unit, but assigned to one that is directly facing parking lot and garbage collection yard, let alone there was a repair work exteriorly right under our windows for the entire...

"Fint for store familier, fin beliggenhet."

"Great location and good size for our family. However, the description on the site was very clear that a fully functioning kitchen was available. While there was a microwave, espresso machine, toaster and oven, no stove were available. The top of the oven had a cutting board and if you lifted it, it seemed as that was were the stove. With two children with Autism this was a challenge as they are picky eaters and we picked this place because it was advertised with a full functioning kitchen."

"We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning...
