"Hidden gem! The hotel and staff are all amazing! The rooms are tastefully done and immaculate. The only downside was that our room overlooked a building site and the builders started drilling and using their digging machinery from 7am. The area also doesn’t feel particularly safe when we arrived, but once we looked around and found our bearings we felt more comfortable. Would definitely book again! "

"All good but first floor room on the alley was terrible! Couldn’t sleep with voices and garbage trucks, delivery trucks? And paid extra to get room early! 👎😵‍💫😠 But location is great. Staff great."

"The staff wasn't helpful. Our 3p check out time was delayed an hour because the room wasn't ready. The lady manager refused to reimburse us for the time lost and never even apologized. The room was tiny and they put a king size mattress on top of a queen making me slide to the edge of the bed. The room was much smaller than portrayed on their website. We decided to leave a night earlier because of the examples mentioned above. Stay away from this hotel. A rip off."

"Hotel is ok. Very disappointed with the room. No water pressure and the bed was HORRIBLE. Rock hard with springs in your back. They had people waiting to check in constantly clogging up the lobby. Never seems like a room is ready for anyone arriving early."
