"Beautiful hotel, front beach, room with seaview, huge size, big swimming pool,friendly service, a bit out of the hustle bustle area, but we liked it."

"We arranged airport transfers with Fair house to collect us from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign and taken straight to the hotel. Our check in experience was very pleasant and we were taken to our room via golf cart. We stayed just under 2 weeks and every day was exceptional. We had a Villa with private pool which was perfect and cleaned daily. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the mini bar was very well priced. The hotel itself is in an amazing setting and location on the beach. The pool bar is swim up on all sides and the restaurant is excellent. My wife visited the spa a few times and had an excellent experience. There is also a well kitted out Gym with amazing views. The breakfast is a buffet style with an made to order egg station and the option to order porridge and eggs benedict etc. Our host "Boss" was amazing. He welcomed us every morning and helped arrange a tour to Pig island as well as treat us to a complimentary meal as we were considered long stay guests. All the staff at Fair House Villas are so nice, polite and welcoming. Thank you to Fair House Villas and all the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. "

"Conrad Koh Samui is an incredibly luxurious resort. Food is wonderful, amenities are great, staff are incredibly helpful, to the point of giving us a WhatsApp number to contact them for any assistance, the view is to die for and the bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Everything we asked for was granted. The area is in the quiet part of the island too, so you get a much quieter experience than staying at some of the larger resorts in the north east. The pools for the villas rival suburban backyard pools for size. I would have wished for 1 more restaurant with a different cuisine, but it's by no means a deal-breaker and I expect they may add such a thing over time. If you want a quiet, luxurious getaway, I can't recommend it enough."

"We really enjoyed this resort, one of the best resort on this beach. Staffe are all very well trained with fresh uniforms (all look clean and ironed) beach and lounge chairs are always been cleaned and in shade ( under trees). Breakfast is awesome even when we checked out at 5:00am in the early morning, they’ve prepared breakfast set in a beautiful box for each of us to go. Staffs are all very polite and kinds. Pool in between two buildings is very pretty and clean and looks awesome at night with its led lights. Some people are very party modes and with no manners of noise controlling, talking so loud even at 2 or 3 o’clock in the morning that we had needed to call front desk for help. If we visit Koh Samui again we’ll definitely come back here. Strongly recommended this resort."
