"The staff were very sweet and the free breakfast was a bonus… There was one day when they actually brought the free breakfast up to my room… I’m not sure why …they called the night before and asked what I would want and then delivered it
The downside is people seem to check in all the time and I don’t know if it’s because of the height, but you constantly hear doors slamming up until midnight. It is possible to hear them. I did use my sound machine so after the first night, I got used to it, but...

"Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2."
