"Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. Loads of feral cats running around. Some of the staff were okay but the receptionist was completely incompetent. Expedia should not have this hotel on their...

"We stayed in the dome. Great owners. Very friendly. There are no private hot tubs as Expedia advertises but There was however a claw tub outside. Bring face cloths for showers. Other than that great stay. Yummy breakfast. "

"Great location very close to UD Town and central Udon Thani. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some work to bring it up to date with other B2 hotels. Air Con was good, staff pleasant and plenty of shopping and eating places near by. Whilst it was suitable for our stay, we probably wouldn’t stay again."
