"Very disappointing stay overall. The hotel looks completely different in person than it does in the pictures online. From the outside it seems acceptable, but inside the property felt extremely old, poorly maintained, and neglected. There were damaged walls, ceilings in bad condition, carpet coming loose in several areas creating a tripping hazard, and a strong unpleasant smell in the pool area that was very difficult to tolerate. The breakfast was also very poor. I also did not feel the situation involving my service dog was handled professionally or with much understanding, which was especially disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel honestly felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. I normally do not like leaving negative reviews, but I believe future guests deserve an honest description of the experience before booking."

"We had a horrible experience. The first room were given had a horrible wet mold smell and a filthy bathroom. We were placed in between about 5 rooms under construction, so there was a lot of noise until about 5:30 PM. Mold and rust all over the shower. When I tested the water, the spicket flew off of the wall and hurt my shin. When I went to the front desk, they apologized and gave me another room. No comps offered or anything. The next room was a bit better with less of a smell and cleaner bathroom. Not sure why we didn’t have an adequate room assigned to us in the first place. We stayed here about 6 years ago and it was fine, which is why we stayed. I advise anyone considering to pay the extra money to stay at the Hyatt or Holiday Inn."

"Beds were NOT queen sized, fan in bathroom broken it made a loud metallic grinding sound. Air / fan unit wouldn’t stay on."

"A decent place to get a good nights sleep. Reasonably secure - cameras everywhere. Far enough off the main strip that its quiet at night but close enough to the strip that you can go get food ( about a three or four minute drive ) . Close to a 24 hour cvs if you come in late ( up to 1100 at night ) and realize you forgot your toothbrush and need to go get one. Its got nature in the front and the back. It was springtime when I visited and I walked out early to the sounds of red wing blackbirds in the reeds. The interior of the place looks like its been updated recently. Some of the renovations are kind of dyi but thats ok. It seemed clean enough. The floors are tile and vinyl which suggests easy cleaning. The proprietor seemed like a friendly enough guy although he spoke really fast with a strong accent so I couldnt really understand him, but thats ok too since the reservation was all set beforehand online. There was a notice on the front door that no smoking - of anything - was allowed. ( fine with me ) If I came this way again I would probably consider staying again . A reasonably priced place "

"The check in was easy and the staff was nice. The room and bathroom looked clean but smelt like cigarettes. The bed was uncomfortable. Lots of dogs barking from other rooms."
