"I was very surprised that the room did not have a microwave. When I asked the Desk Clerk about it, I was told that some rooms did not have microwaves due to the full occupancy of the Hotel. That did not help me after I purchased two frozen snacks. I had a major issue with Expedia, when I asked to add one day to my reservation. When I called Expedia, I was unable to understand the agent and had to repeat my request and information over and over. I needed to use one letter at a time several times. As simple procedure took way too long. I will not use Expedia again."

"I was traveling with my dog. It was quiet, clean and the room was spacious. Love the bath tub. It was great for my dog too. Area to walk her was large and the supply waste bags for dogs. Only issue was the closet door, it didn’t close properly and it stayed open, it can be dangerous during the night with no lights on. Staff was friendly and efficient."
