Room on 3rd floor at the palace resort was nice, clean and good AC. The resort itself is in need of repair. The elevator in the parking garage was broke from day 1 and we were told it would be down for some time. Not easy to hike up and down 3 levels in hot parking garage every time you left the property. 2 pools, one had chunks of plaster missing on the bottom and the other pool had brown stains all around the inside of pool. The lobby area looked like you walked into motel 6 instead of a resort, there was an empty broken down water display. Floors were not kept clean, not sure how often they even tried to clean them during our 5 day stay. The beach was spot on the best.

The property is definitely older, think of The Golden Girls era, but it was decent. There aren't any frills, but you are in a great location and ocean front, can't beat that at all. We rented from a local property management company, the only downside is that the hotel will bot provide you with anything at all, you have to go through whomever you rented from. It was a disappointment that they wouldn't provide us with a roll of toilet paper, they said we had to contact the property management company. We were only provided with one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper for 5 days. We were told we had to buy any other essentials we needed outside of what was originally given. I mean, come on 1 roll of toilet paper? The Super 8 provides at least 2 rolls in their rooms! I was disappointed with that.

Pool looked like someone had vomited in both ends of it. Informed front desk ; the next morning ask if it was taken care of they replied yes. That evening went out to the pool clearly issue was not resolved. The hot tubs water didn't look clean either and we were there for 5 days

The steam room and Sauna did not work and I was looking forward to utilizing those amenities. The customer service at the desk wasn’t ALL that great. But it wasn’t bad to the point that I wouldn’t return.

Comodo para dos personas

El apartamento es comodo, tiene una cocina equipada, el colchon muy incomodo, al baño le hace falta remodelacion en el area de la ducha , grifo en mal estado. Le hace falta una limpieza profunda a este apartamento. Ubicacion excelente frente a la playa, con una vista espectacular. Le queda cerca retaurantes, golfitos, supermercados, etc.

Reserved an oceanfront, it was an ocean view .. Did not stay there, was switched to another place by rental agency.
