"The hotel is part of the Hoiana resort complex, connecting to other hotels and resorts in the same property, there's frequent buggy service between the properties. They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. Overall a great stay and value....

"Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP.
