It’s as if a room from a very high end, boutique city hotel has been plucked out of a building and carefully placed down in beautiful, peaceful countryside. The decor is stylish and genuinely calming. The hosts have thought of everything - literally everything! I kept finding extras I didn’t expect to. Can’t praise this place enough!"

"There was just enough parking, the instructions on how to enter the property was simple & accurate. The room was perfect for an overnight stop, bed clothing was fresh & clean. The shower was on the small size (I’m Big) other than that great."

"We truly enjoyed our stay The room was very clean, however the mattress was not so comfortable and the pillows were very flimsy. The room we stayed in was right next to the doors for the stairs so we heard the doors slamming quite often, perhaps a soft close door could solve this problem. Other than this the hotel is very well kept and in a wonderful location mins from the City Centre, without all the noise. "Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout "
